Terms and Conditions

What's included

• Use of the pool, and free use of the jacuzzi
• TV and karaoke
• Kitchen appliances
• Arcade game and pool table
• Parking space
• Overnight accommodation: 3 standard rooms and 1 master bedroom, with beds for 30

Kitchen utensils, toiletries and other consumables such as dishwashing soap and charcoal aren't supplied. Please bring your own.

Rates and guests

• Rates cover up to 30 guests and include 12% VAT.
• Guests beyond 30 are ₱300 each per night, with no bed provided. The house takes 50 people at most.
• Toddlers aged 0–4 are free. If there are more than five toddlers, each extra toddler is charged as an adult.

Terms

1. Booking and paying the deposit online, together with accepting these terms, is your written agreement with the resort. No guest is admitted without an agreement in place.
2. The resort is not liable for any injury or death, or for any loss of or damage to personal property or belongings, during or after the stay.
3. Littering and tampering with any items on the premises are strictly prohibited.
4. By booking, or on being admitted to the resort, guests agree to follow the House Rules.
5. Guests agree to pay incidental charges for services and facilities provided by the resort.
6. The resort charges for the number of guests booked or the number actually present, whichever is higher.
7. The balance may be paid in cash, by bank deposit, or online.
8. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required, based on the number of guests booked or actually present, whichever is higher.
9. All rates include 12% VAT.
10. Delayed payments incur a penalty of 4% per month or fraction of a month.
11. If the number of rooms or packages booked is reduced, the resort may charge one night for everything originally booked.
12. Cancellation: bookings can't be cancelled. If a booking is cancelled for any reason, the deposit is forfeited to the resort.
13. Rebooking: you can rebook once, if the new date is available. If you can't rebook because you aren't available on an open date, the booking is forfeited.
14. The booking client is primarily responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by the acts or omissions of the client or their guests, whether deliberate or through negligence, and will hold the resort free from any resulting liability, including reimbursing any liability imposed on the resort along with legal fees and damages.
15. The resort is not liable for damage to or loss of items left behind, during or after the stay.
16. Preparing dishes that need extended cooking times is not allowed.
17. Gambling and prohibited drugs are strictly prohibited.
18. Room amenities are part of the room set-up and must stay in the room.
19. Please turn off lights and air-conditioning when leaving a room, and keep faucets closed when not in use.
20. Signs and posters need Management's consent.
21. Firearms and other lethal weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.
22. Nothing may be attached to floors, walls, ceilings or columns by nails, screws, pins, tape, double-sided tape, staple guns or any other means. Any damage is charged to the guest responsible.
23. Flammable or explosive materials may not be displayed or used anywhere on the premises.
24. Please keep to check-in (3PM) and check-out (12NN) times. Housekeeping will enter the rooms at check-out to prepare for the next guests.
25. Indoor activities are allowed until 10PM. Quiet hours begin at 11PM, out of respect for the neighbours.

Using the resort's accommodation and facilities means you accept these terms.
